If you want to cancel your order, you just need to drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of placing the order. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order in 24-48 business hours. The money will be refunded as per the payment mode within 6-8 working days of the confirmation. Please note that orders that have already been shipped from our side cannot be cancelled.

We consider any returned goods compromised in quality, and therefore do not accept returns. However, should you be facing any issue with the product, we would be glad to assist you with it.
If you find your order to be damaged or different from the one which you had ordered, please drop an email at email@example.com along with the pictures of the package including the external box (with the label) and all the products which you have received. We will replace the product in 6-8 working days after verifying the issue.
Note: For us to be able to process replacement or refund, the request should be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the order along with the requested pictures.

Once you subscribe to a product, your account will get auto-debited on the basis of the frequency you have chosen, and the product (in the specific quantity you have chosen) will be dispatched automatically.

If your order corresponding to the debited amount has already been shipped from our side, the same cannot be refunded.
